Not even 2 seconds of me being in the store was I greeted but also helped after the line upfront for the register got assisted , Cathy was great helped me find exactly what I needed and then some and was in and out of the store in less then 5 minutes , Thank you Cathy , you’ve put a smile on my face and will return to this specific store for any hardware needs

Great customer service. Walked in, was greated immediately, told them what I was looking for and was walked right to it. Retrieved it for me from top shelf and I was checked out in less than 5 minutes.

Been coming here for years as a child with my parents and now as an adult. Rose is a known employee that we've known for years ,even when she used to work for big lots when they was next door. She's always a good help and loves what she does. Will always be my go to spot to get just about anything for the house hold

This afternoon, I visited Haltom Hardware to purchase a STIHL PP 900 pole pruner set. From the moment I entered, Autumn (affectionately known as “Fall”) provided exceptional assistance. She promptly used the radio to locate the item, and we quickly found it on the shelf. What truly stood out was the outstanding service from both Fall and Amanda. They went above and beyond by retrieving a factory-sealed box from the back for me. I greatly appreciate their kindness and dedication to customer satisfaction—highly recommended!
